What counts as an appointment?

Each confirmed dock booking counts as one appointment — whether booked by a carrier or by your team. Cancelled appointments are not counted against your limit.

Do carriers or drivers need to pay to create an account?

No. Carriers and drivers can create an account by your invitation — no fee. Fees are simply per docks and appointments.

How long does setup take?
